Cancellation & Refunds

Refund Policy:

  • Cancel >24 hours before: Full refund (no fee)
  • Cancel <24 hours before: 25% cancellation fee
  • Service fee: Never refunded
  • Pending rentals: Full refund

Example:

Total paid: $100 ($90 rental + $10 service fee)
Cancel >24h: Get $90 back
Cancel <24h: Get $67.50 back ($22.50 fee)
