By using WheelifyApp, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Wheelifyapp is a platform that connects bike owners with people who want to rent bikes. We facilitate these connections but are not responsible for the bikes or the rental transactions themselves.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Treat bikes and other users with respect
• Report any issues or damages promptly
• Follow all local laws and regulations when using rented bikes

Bike Owner Responsibilities

If you list your bike, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and photos of your bike
• Ensure your bike is safe and in good working condition
• Be available for bike pickup and return as scheduled
• Respond promptly to rental requests and messages

Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through Apple Pay and Stripe. We charge a service fee for each transaction. Bike owners receive payouts after successful rentals, minus applicable fees.

Liability and Insurance

While we provide basic coverage for damages during rentals, users are responsible for their own safety and should have appropriate insurance coverage.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior on our platform.
